Facilities Maintenance (5 positions)

We are looking for people with a strong maintenance background.

Maintenance Tech 1st shift, $15 to $22 depending on experience.

Maintenance Tech 2nd shift, $15 to $22 depending on experience.

Maintenance Admin 1st shift, $15 to $16, entry level position.

Maintenance Supervisor 1st shift, $22 to $25.

Maintenance Supervisor 2nd shift, $22 to $25.



Essential Duties

  • **Maintenance Tech**
  • Makes daily preventative maintenance inspections.
  • Respond to work orders as assigned and complete them per SOP in property's digital work order system.
  • Perform on demand and preventative maintenance repairs for guest rooms, kitchen areas and public areas at a resort.
  • Repair skills needed include plumbing, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, and carpentry.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment, appliances, elevators, fire alarm system, door lock system, electrical and related systems.
  • **Maintenance Admin**
  • Strong office and computer skills and organization
  • Tracks all maintenance-related tasks
  • Supply ordering, tracking, billing
  • Takes and responds to maintenance calls
  • Oversees the work orders on the CMMS (Computerized maintenance management System)
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Maintenance Supervisor**
  • Must have 3 years supervisor and maintenance experience with a strong mechanical understanding.
  • Must be a leader and willing to work side by side with the team.
  • Continually communicate with leadership, the team, and public.
  • Work with a computerized maintenance management system for tracking and completing work orders.

Required

  • Knowledge of safety requirements
  • Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
  • Work under limited supervision and able to communicate with other staff positions is important.
  • Skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job and operation of equipment.
  • Must be able to follow instructions to learn position.
  • Display a calm and attentive approach in solving problems and handling difficult situation.
  • Collect information on problems and sincerely help to resolve them.
  • Determine, communicate, and monitor personal and department achievements and performance standards on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work with a digital work order system on a hand-held device.
  • Must be in good physical condition.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs

Pay: $15 - $25 based on experience hourly
